Datatrend Technologies, Inc. and 4G Custom Technology announce the signing of a joint support agreement in which Datatrend will provide structured cabling installation and support resources for 4G developed solutions. 4G will utilize the nationwide support infrastructure of Datatrend to provide installation and support expertise for 4G designed and developed systems. Datatrend personnel will be trained to handle Tier 1 support for all 4G solutions, which include:
IP based surveillance
IP based video distribution
Network infrastructure (wired/wireless, copper/fiber)
AV solutions for schools and commercial entities
4G will continue to provide its premiere “pre-emptive” maintenance support whereby all systems are monitored weekly to identify potential problems before they occur. Through the utilization of remote monitoring tools and automated data collection resources, 4G is able to ensure the reliability of their systems in high availability environments. Issues detected through the “pre-emptive” maintenance scans can be remotely resolved or resolved by deploying Datatrend specialists as required.
